Responsibilities

  • Conducting group and individual classes
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting exercises to their needs
  • Creating individual plans
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service and a friendly atmosphere in classes
  • Correcting participants' exercise techniques to prevent injuries
  • Ensuring appropriate safety and hygiene standards during classes
  • Teamwork with other instructors and active participation in the development of the studio

You must have

  • Education: physical education or relevant professional experience
  • Experience in conducting Pilates and yoga classes
  • Customer orientation and the ability to respond to their needs, or anticipate them, in an elegant and efficient manner – you will be working with successful people who demand and appreciate time-saving and concreteness
  • We also expect honesty, a sense of humor, and personal culture. If this is obvious to you - that's great, it will make the collaboration with Clients even more fruitful.
  • They know the principles of anatomy, health, and safety at an expert level

It's good to have

  • Certificates or courses related to Pilates
  • Experience in conducting classes on reformers (preferred)
  • Knowledge of anatomy and principles of healthy movement
  • Perfect Polish in writing and knowledge of the English language – our clients are often foreigners. It will be nicer if you can communicate in their language.
  • Ability to conduct classes in English
  • Commitment and self-discipline – we provide flexibility and support, we need your consistency in action

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
  • Willingness to undergo internal training and adhere to laboratory standards
  • Ability to work in a coaching team and academic administration.
