HIIT
HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a full-body workout with varying exercise intensities. The sessions last 55 minutes and utilize the interval method. The training helps in rapid fat reduction, but also promotes body shaping. The classes proceed in several stages, each with a different level of intensity. These stages are: warm-up – low-intensity exercises; main exercises – 15-second high-intensity intervals interspersed with 60 seconds of slower-paced exercises.
Functional training
These are specialized classes aimed at overall body improvement. The training involves performing exercises that mimic movements carried out in daily activities, which allows us to target muscle groups throughout the body – including both central and deep muscles. In this way, the training also contributes to improving body appearance and facilitates its shaping. During the exercises, we mainly work with our own body weight, which additionally helps to strengthen the range of motion in the joints.
